* * * ! Official 2016 US Presidential Election Day Thread ! * * *

That’s with only 2% reporting, mostly from outside the big cities.

Jesus. I need more beer.

I was calm and confident all day long. Clinton has it in the bag, right?

Now I’m suddenly super-super-nervous. Ack!

CNN is doing the Senate races. They appear to have ditched their “gee whilikers” hologram from last time and have gone back to a simple wallchart of the seat projection.

CNN saying these 2% all from strongly R rural areas, breathe again.

I can’t stand this!

I’m getting worried about Florida :frowning:

Early returns tell us virtually nothing. It’s only 2% in.

Let’s hold hands; I will supply the whiskey and/or wine. Pizza’s in the oven!

It was exactly the same in 2012, turn to CNN and watch John King’s breakdown of FL, county by county. The rural areas get counted first, and are heavily red, and then a couple of hours later the urban areas all come in blue and the whole state gets called for the Dems.

It looks as tho Mrs. Clinton will indeed carry Virginia.

FL: 8% now, and its 50-45 Clinton.

nm

Florida just flicked blue!

ETA: Go Broward County, Go!

Tallahassee too!

With all the people freaking out over the smallest morsels of data, I’m starting to understand how Trump supporters come about.

I’m watching FoxNews and they sure seem optimistic about Trump. Are they delusional or onto something? Has anyone heard any early forecast of the Senate? I think it’s imperative that the Dems get to at least 50. If not, I feel the Pubs will only need to block Hillary’s SC nominee for 2 years, when the Senate is sure to flip to Republican again.

Has the winning ticket’s VP candidate been the sitting Governor of Indiana in any of the last 15 elections?

And it’s flipped back to Trump. This is going to be a long night. :frowning:

Sam Wang has it at 51-49.

:smack::mad:   Back to 90%.
