Doesn’t matter. Too early. That’s one state you just can’t trust.
Florida now has 23% in, with Trump up by 0.5%.
Yes. About many things.
I am starting to feel queasy.
You jumped to an unwarranted conclusion, winking smiley notwithstanding. I don’t mind Republicans, I just can’t stand David Brooks. Anyway, PBS is the only station I get OTA and I don’t have cable any more. And there are no commercials.
His website now says 50-50.
Wolf needs to get a grip on what “significant” means, as FL flips to a tiny lead for HC for the 7th time in 15 minutes.
Still, close in FL at this stage must been good, right?
I don’t know that I’d go that far. The Florida vote will be clear when Broward, Dade, Hillsborough and Orange County are all reported. That’s the bulk of Florida’s population in those 4 counties. Maybe include Jacksonville too, but IIRC they are still more size than population.
Post from 538 live blog on Florida results:

I’m looking at returns from two major counties in Florida: Duval and Palm Beach. In the early vote, Clinton is doing better than the amount that Obama won by overall in those counties in 2012. In Palm Beach, she’s running 7 percentage points ahead. If that holds, it’s going to be a very long night for Trump.

I’m feeling ill too. What the fuck is with Virginia.
Ooh. Clinton just jumped ahead by 50K votes. Some big counties must’ve come in.
BTW, trivia note: Turns out Trump voted in MY POLLING PLACE. So that was my district booing him, woohoo! I missed him by five hours, apparently. (That explains why there were so many news vans around, as I mentioned back at 6am.)
Still nauseous though. This night is going to add to my ulcer. (And my weight too… nervous eating like crazy!)
Votecastr has Hillary ahead in FL by about 315k votes total, or at least close to total. Compare that with 2012, when Obama won by about 110k.
CNN saying HC is AHEAD OF OBAMA in most (all?) precincts that have reported in FL.
I am breathing again.
In VA, look to Loudoun and Fairfax counties. DC suburbs.
The Dem portions of VA report later than the Repub portions. Relax.
Am I the only one who watches the results come in via Google?
WV for Trump, no call yet on OH or NC.
Still no surprises.
OH - Too Close
NC - Too Early
WV - DT
GA - Too Close
VA - Too Early
SC - Too Early
Portman (Sen, OH) - Wins
The banner says 50/50, but this article from the early AM says 51/49, so it’s probably what’s being referenced. Not sure if banner ever changed - was asleep when article posted.
How do you do that?
No surprises is good.
