According to this article, the Trump campaign is alleging that voters who weren’t standing in line when the polls closed were allowed to vote.
Katy Tur is pretty hot, and it’s not really my thing, but so is her father!
You’re right, thanks. Looks like HRC has increased her estimated lead in CO, FL, and NV. She flipped PA to her column, and lost ground in OH and WI. IA flipped to DJT.
Obligatory disclaimer: *** THESE ARE ALL ESTIMATES, NOT ACTUAL VOTES BEING COUNTED ***
A lawsuit to stop people from voting.
They don’t give a shit that these people were eligible to vote. They just want to stop them. Just a coincidence that they were Latino.
The polls stay open until everyone who was in line at closing time votes, he does not have a point.
But they said that in 2012, 2008…
Ok, I suppose I should rephrase to “all that is alleged to have happened by anybody who has any credibility”.
off topic- the expert that came out is a friend of mine.
Don’t they allow polls to stay open to ensure everybody in line gets to vote? Let’s see some documentation from “red” districts in which those in line were told to go home without voting.
I don’t think “eligible to vote” and “being subject to poll-closing deadlines” are contradictory.
A professor can tell his students that they are all eligible to take a certification exam, but that they have to show up before 5:00 PM.
And also remember lessons from the past.
My understanding is that they’re supposed to let anyone who is in line to vote at the official poll closing time to vote. If the line is long, it might take an extra hour or two to give all those voters an opportunity to vote. However, if the polls were supposed to close at 7:00 PM and someone showed up at 8:00 PM, they’re not supposed to be allowed to vote, even if there’s still a line with people in it that showed up between 6:30 and 7:00 that are still waiting to vote.
They sure do. That’s what Trump is complaining about.
“The democratic system is unfair! Sad.”
Sure, but then Trump’s only defect is that he’s a narcissistic racist misogynistic sociopathic orange liar.
That name will forever and always be associated with that deliciously evil psycho, Nicole Wallace, from Law & Order: Criminal Intent.
Whenever someone has that stupid excuse for voting for Trump: “I just think it’s time for a change”, I just want to say “How about nuclear Winter, would that be enough of a change for you?”
The best analogy for this that I’ve heard:
If you think the bus is going in the wrong direction, you don’t address the problem by letting the drunk guy drive.
Which network do the teeming millions think is going to provide the best election results reporting?
Breitbart. The exploding heads will be magnificent.
Right. And if my teaching assistant is checking IDs and people who were lined up by 5:00 PM are not admitted to the testing room until later, they get to take the test. /professor
