Clinton is winning 88% of black voters and 65% of Latinos. That’s actually signficantly worse than she expected to do.
The wall will probably get “built” at least partially, that is one those things that doesn’t affect much other than the pocket book and can be tossed to the base to appease them. Obviously mexico isn’t going to pay for it, but there will be at least some sort of wall or partial wall going up.
Plus Republican control of both houses.
