In another race a lot of people had a lot of interest in, the NC governors’ race looks headed for a recount.
Great, that leaves him free to be Attorney General
So he’s available for ICE director?
Don’t ask me, man, I voted for Johnson tonight and Rubio in the primaries, so I never bought anything he was selling.
Mine, if it discusses the election at all, is all about reassuring people that this isn’t the end. A lot of God being in control and stuff.
We’re talking about Trump, so I have no fucking idea what you are going on about.
I still think if Trump actually ends up in office, he will do something impeachable within 6 months.
Pence is not quite as horrible as a human being but he would be worse as president.
Putin will save us all (unless you’re Ukrainian I guess)…
The idea of fleeing the country has to at least be going through Clinton’s mind.
Looks like we’re about to vote a big piece of trash for president, and he was elected by nothing but trash. That’s my take on it.
I doubt it. More likely he’ll be a placeholder president. I still think he doesn’t really want the job.
If this were a sports event, would Kellyanne Conway win Coach of the Year award? In terms of sheer difficulty, etc.
The last numbers I saw showed Trump leading the popular vote nationwide. It seems to me like democracy is working as designed.
Who is going to impeach him? The Freedom Caucus?
Trump is a stupid buffon who shouldn’t runa corner shop, how bad is HRC that she couldn’t get 2% more votes and win? How much did she suck?
Also, too many “informed, intelligent” people misread the US badly, even if HRC wins,.
I don’t think it’s racial. I think you folks on the left are missing the anti-globalist backlash.
Whose gonna be SecState?
But Trump wasn’t on his side. The (R) next to his name is nothing more than a convenience, a way of getting nominated. A large part of the Republican Party repudiated him, including arguably the most powerful of them (Paul Ryan). Trump owes them nothing. He’s a loose cannon.
Now, you may say that he took the worst aspects of the party and embraced them, and I’d agree with you on that. But that isn’t the same as saying he’s Bricker’s boy.
I said a while back that if Hillary couldn’t get enough people to vote for her over the obvious menace that Trimp is it was all on her. So it came to pass. She somehow screwed up an election that she couldn’t lose, and it falls on the Democrats to look inward and figure out why rather than lashing out at the people Hillary clearly caused to turn away and vote for a lunatic. I think you gravely underestimate the antipathy for her, and the tactics the Democratic Party used to rig her nomination.
Welp, the American Dream was nice while it lasted… it’s all over now.
