I play EQ too, my main character’s nam is Kyraae.
She’s on the Xev Server and is the guild leader of the Covenant of Valor.
One of my alts is a bard named Jaade.
I’ll be looking to join the channel after someone posts the password.

Just logged on EQIM and got into the channel… password was sdmb, same as the channel name 
65 wiz (among way too many others) on Vallon Zek here… don’t play seriously while at university though… the connection is so nice but I tried it for a little last year and my grades suffered 
PvP > all! …even with the moronic politics the PvP servers have taken on lately.

How does someone enter the password to the channel from within the game??? (When using the ‘/j serverwide.sdmb’)
Within the game, you type “/join serverwide.sdmb:sdmb”.
Reading this thread makes me miss EQ. I played a 52 druid, 58 cleric, and finally settled on my 56 beastlord before I quit. Still, I can’t play the game while I am in school. I am way too easily distracted! I might reactivate my account for december holidays though.
