Actually, Opal started an SDMB guild on Druzzil Ro (I think it was) a year or so ago. I made a newbie toon, and played on that server a few times, but eventually gave it up as I was spending WAY too much time playing my main (druid) on Tunare.
I don’t know if anyone is still in the guild on DR or not. Guys?
Kricket, if you start a toon on Tunare, I’ll defitintely help you out! Even invite you to join Children of Honor as well, if you like (oddly enough, I just got guild leadership position a few minutes ago, as our current guild leader is unable to play for a little while!). Send me a tell in game! 
Can I still be a wood elf druid and join that guild?

RE: wood elves playin’ with dark elves
On normal servers, there are no restrictions on who you can play with based on race or class. Some of the PvP servers have some restrictions, but I don’t think any of us are on the PvP servers (hint: if your server has a “Zek” in the name, it’s a PvP server, ie Rallos Zek)
Other than that, you can make any class/race combo you want and play with other class/race combos. They may not be able to go into your city with you (the guards won’t like 'em) but they can group up and kill stuff. The only thing you risk is screwing up faction with your OWN city - ie, the Orcs in Crushbone are allied with the Dark Elves. If a dark elf starts killing them, that dark elf isn’t going to be welcome in Neriak (the dark elf city). On the other hand, if that dark elf kills enough of 'em, he or she will eventually be welcome in the wood elf city of Kelethin. Nifty, eh?
Other than Crushbone, I can’t think of much that will screw up your faction in your home city other than killing the guards in the city - ie, you go to Freeport and start killin’ guards, they’re not gonna like you much.
Of course! We gots all kinds of people… including dwarves (You get used to the smell eventually. We tried to make them shower, but you know dwarves…).

Starting new toons sucks. I’m getting killed every five minutes.
And there was a pretty jerky guy on tonight.
I chased something down and had it half killed and then he zapped it and looted! Then he was trying to pick pocket merchants, and guards. He even challenge myself and someone else to a duel.
Weird night.
Yeah, that can happen… sometimes you meet weird people online!
I remember when I was about level 7 or 8, fighting in Rivervale, one time I came running back to the guards trailing a whole train of bugs and bats and bears and assorted other ill-wishers only to find that some jerk had killed all the guards for their spears (which sell for about 9pp)… I didn’t last long.
Man, more EverCrack addicts. I took a year and a half off after playing since it began, and I still have (/em looks embarassed) a lvl 65 enchanter and a lvl 57 monk, plus some other characters, on Bertoxxulous.
Guess I wasn’t clear in my last message - I meant to say that I started playing again earlier this year. Guess I’ll have to join the serverwide channel and see if anyone’s on.
I’ll look you up and set you up with some gear sometime… or at least come buff you for a while. I’ve got the serverwide channel on my chat channel hot key, so I’m pretty much in it if I’m on, but if not feel free to send a tell to Bryllyn.
And yes, kill stealers suck!
How do I get into chat?
I tried getting in and it said command not found.
When I sign on to Everquest I go to chat instead of play and when I get the text window I type in /join serverwide.sdmb, I’ve tried it all different ways.
Kricket to get into serverwide.sdmb go into game, select server, select character. In the chat box type /join serverwide.sdmb. This will allow you to talk to anyone that is in there. to talk type /# hello Dopers where # is the number assigned to that channel(for you it should be 1) It will tell you when you join what the number is (serverwide.sdmb:#). As mentioned above KSers suck, but as you level you will notice fewer of them. As people get into their high levels they don’t want to ruin their reputation so are more careful. Those that don’t care tend to all end up in a few guilds. You will learn which ones to stay away from, and which guilds are respectable. At least thats how it is on SolRo.
On another note I finally hit 56 this weekend. First time I have leveled in 5 months. Now onward to 60 for KEI.

The guild is great! Feruk is so cool! He was very helpful and patient with me last night and hung around until he knew I was set and understood things a bit more.
I even got to play at Orc hill for a little while!
Oh, and you all understand that when I say last night I really mean the wee hours of the morning.
Well, I got to Level 10 on the weekend.
