In the upper right click on the three horizontal lines:
Then click on: My Posts (see above image).
Then click on Preferences. Change your Profile Picture there.
Be sure to click “Save Changes” in the lower left corner.

Huh. This whole time, I thought it was still spelled “Neanderthal” but people were pronouncing the “th” the German way. But, no, it seems they are changing the spelling, too.
That said, the idea is to only call it Neandertal when talking about the specific (sub)species. So if you just mean “cave man”, Neanderthal is still fine.
Geez. I can’t keep up. I guess that makes me a cave man.

A few months ago the moderators allowed us to make a change to what comes after our name.
I think they have stopped doing it now but, since you are a new user, they may allow it.
Basically, ask a mod. It’s up to them (a pretty cool bunch if you ask nicely).
There is a thread for it. But we do have posters wait a few months before we add titles.
