(Old) Another lost great idea in the MMP

When I was shopping for an outfit for Dad’s funeral, the salesclerk took pictures of each outfit (about 6 different ones) and I sent them to my daughter as she has much better fashion sense than I do.
I hope that your shopping trip was successful in finding adequate tops for work that you like… Well I’ve now read down another 51 posts and see that you did find both some tops and slacks. Good job. Enjoy wearing them this week.

Heck, one of the sweetest women who I had occasion to work with, passed yesterday from cancer, only 51.

Can’t it be both? I can’t stand pepsi. Like FCM, I’m a coke drinker. If we end up at a non-coke establishment, I’ll drink either an Arnold Palmer or water.

The Meijers somewhat close to Mr. Scribs was very nice when I stopped in there last year.

There were so many very clever signs yesterday. I only took a picture of one and it was of this guy wearing a crown while doing the SigHiel Salute and holding marionette strings with a naked Felon dangling on a stage. The caption was “I said dance! My Little AMUSE-douche”.
Several others were

“Vaginas brought you into this world and
Vaginas will take you out with their votes!”

“If vaginas could shoot bullets, the R’s wouldn’t try to regulate them”

“How can you have any pudding if you don’t eat your meat?”

Well, I’ve finally caught up after reading about 80 posts.
Went to mass at another church rather than our own parish as it was a more convenient time. Afterwards I went to the gardening store and purchased some pansy seeds per my daughter’s request. She was very busy today and didn’t come over until 4pm. But she brought Bella so that was great. First I showed her how to fill the tube planters with the potting soil and plant the seeds so she did that with the rest of them. Then she went outside with Hubs and trimmed the rose of sharon and some other bushes that he wanted trimmed. While all this was going on I made the sloppy joe mixture then took Bella for a walk. When we returned I cooked some brussels sprouts. Both Hubs and daughter pronounced the dinner delicious. Bella was fed her normal kibble then given some cooked hamburger which she promptly hoovered down. After dinner, I gave Bella some rubs then they had to go home.

And so endeth another week in the MMP.
