How do you dress your sweet taters?

I’ve learned that butter, cheese, and BBQ sauce is absolutely perfect.
But I’m open to new suggestions.


Okay, moo-cow is properly bathed, cast iron is heating (with some onion chunks to sautee in butter while said metal is warming) and I may bake one of those frozen rolls BBBoo turned me onto.
