I will put it in my glass and resin greenhouse that sits on my tall dresser. It’s got little windows so I can see what I have inside so I never ever freak out again about losing my LOTR CD soundtrack!

I was almost ready to check my special drawer in my tall dresser but that would have been the third place to look and I found it in the second place I looked. Bless you kind souls of the SDMB boards, for without your posts and vibes, it would have remained lost forever… (not really but it sounds so nice).

No, I do not croon softly to my inanimate objects and stroke them lovingly whenever I get the chance to during the day and night. I do not hiss and growl, whimper or whine when someone wants to see them or perhaps borrow them (NOT the CD though, never the CD). Not me, Dopers, no way. That’d make me nutty as an ol’ fruitcake, eh?
I patted it gently, one time only, and lifted the lid on my little greenhouse box and set it softly inside. I can see it is still there whenever I look in my room, Gods be praised!
I am content once more.

The tears weren’t coming… yet. Like I mentioned above, I was just about to start the search and then, barely moved anything around when I found it. I knew, knew it was still in my room. Had to be because it’s one of those items you do NOT remove from the room. It went rather fast, luckily, no tears had to spill forth down the curve of my fair cheek to drop like the saddest rain known to mankind…
