I have a donut shop just a block away from me, but I never, ever think of going there in the morning (since I work from home, I never leave the house while I’m working). But I just now thought of it. What kind of donut should I get? I’m thinking of one with pudding inside. I love those.

I seriously considered the sausage roll, MachV, but I finally settled on a chocolate snot-filled one and a plain glazed donut.
The ones with the pudding in the middle are Boston Cremes A.K.A. Heaven on Earth.

Think of the donut dough minus sugar then fried to a golden soft brown wrapped around some of the greasiest sausage money can buy. My favorites are the kind with a cheese strip in them.
But you can’t go wrong w/ Kolaches either–from the Czech Stop in West, Texas
