I believe that orange is the best flavor of virtually any candy. Orange Tic Tacs blow all of the others away. And even orange M&Ms seem slightly more special and tasty than the others.
Yech. I haven’t been able to stand orange candy since I was a kid and got orange cold medicine on a regular basis. Same with grape (cold medicine.) My favorite flavor of candy is strawberry or apple.

Orange does seem to be the most safe flavor; imagine someone testing pecan or butter.
Maybe the artificial flavoring of range is the cheapest.
Or cherry.

I have a confession. I used to make fun of “grape” flavored candy. It tastes nothing like actual grapes, I would say. Look at that color - that can’t be natural. Nope, nothing natural at all about grape candy.
Until last month. You see, I recently moved, and my new house has grape vines growing along the fence, and under the window in the computer room. Once the grapes ripened, it smelled EXACTLY like artificial grape flavoring. Pretty weird.

Not such a wild idea in fact. Chocolate sauces for game meats are used by the Italians and the Spanish. Haven’t had it on duck myself, but it certainly goes well with venison. [/hijack]

I love those orange gummy candies that look like orange slices. With lots of sugar stuck to them…Yummy!
Also those chocolate oranges that you slam on a table and it breaks into orange slices. Dark chocolate is the best!
