Some of us are starting to think about a visit to the tulip fest on the May long weekend: specifically Sunday May 18. We could meet at Dow’s Lake pavilion for a beverage or three, then go look at the tulips, and finish with a beverage or three.
Food could be had too, if you’re into that sort of thing.

What time were you thinking of meeting?
I dunno. I’m open to suggestions, but 1:00 seems about right. A pint or two at Dow’s Lake, a tiptoe through the tulips, and maybe a bite to eat and a pint at one of the pubs in the area.

I drove by Dow’s Lake this morning. The tulips are blooming. They should be at their peak this weekend. Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and some new ones!
As far as Antonio’s question goes (how late will things run) I am sure we will still be hanging out for dinner and beyond.
Looks like I’ll be at my sister-in-law’s place out near Vankleek Hill, so I won’t be able to make it.
Weather’s looking good for the weekend (so far) and I’ll see if I can’t scrounge up a pint of “The Tom Green Beer” to toast the bunch of you.
