As far as how I feel about it: meh. I didn’t think she’d serve 45 days, I didn’t think she’d serve 30. I was hoping she’d have a week in general population or enough time to scare some sense into her a little bit without something bad happening to her.

The worst part is that people are going to throw this around as a failure of justice. They’ll frickin’ throw this around. They won’t throw around people that spent years in hard labor and then exonerated by DNA, they won’t throw Kevorkian out there as an example or anything, they’ll cite Paris Hilton.
If she did have a “hunger strike”, I wouldn’t expect her to get tubed. You’ve got to weigh a cost/benefit enalysis. Is it worth it to tube Paris (heh…I said “tube Paris”) and go that far with it?
