We had such a blast at the last one that I thought it’d be good to do this once a month. TruePisces and twickster agree with me, so there are three of us.
I’m thinking that Sundays would be best, as Saturdays are best left to chores and studying. Maybe we could also try different restaurants, although the last one was good. (More gelatinous shrimp things, anyone?)
I’m not sure if I’d do it every month, but I’d certainly be interested in joining you at least once, assuming the date works out. I can’t think of any Sunday commitments I have right now, but my mind doesn’t always function all that well…
You know we’re up for it. Of course, we’re a little busy through the end of September, but something in early October would work for us. And Sundays, as well as different restaurants, sound fine with me.
Frank, if I can give up watching the Bucs crush the competition once a month, you can give up watching the Eagles utter defeat for one weekend a month.
TruePisces - watch it! I like you, but them’s fightin’ words!
I’d be interested. I might not be able to clear my schedule until late October or early November (we’re buying a house, and it needs some fixing up) but I’m always up for food. 'Specially when I don’t have to cook it.
Plus, if the E-A-G-L-E-S Eagles play in a late game on Sunday, I can still make it home for kickoff!
rockle, I’m a Tampa Girl from way back. Can’t expect me to change my spots that easily.
Of course, I don’t have to worry about missing too many games until I get my cable turned back on, anyway. They don’t show too many of the Tampa games on network TV unless they’re playing a more local team.
Dim Sum in Philly’s Chinatown? I would SOOOO drive up from Baltimore for that! ( One thing B-more does NOT have is decent Chinese food ) Somebody email me when y’all nail down a date.
And, geeze, what’s wrong with you people? It’s Ravens games that you don’t wanna miss.
