What I think is that you wanna have it low right off, so that members can build an army of thugs. Think of it this way. Instead of getting 15% of a small amount right off the bat, and depressing the growth rate of individual members, you keep the percentage low, let them grow, and then raise it.

Hey Manservant are you interested in running this thing? I don’t think I’m going to have enough time as my daughter is obsessed with JumpStart Preschool.
I’m having a hard time getting on my computer during her waking hours (tantrums are woooooonderful!) so tend to take care of all my turns once in the morning and once at night. I would think I’d need to be more on top of it than I am.
And dammit! Pimp and Whore happiness is MUCH more sensitive in the beginning. End of last game I had whore payout at 5% (when I was logged on) and I wouldn’t lose any whores. I just lost 22 whores being too greedy. :eek:
I guess there’s a lesson there.
