Just for the record, even though I answered a question posed by Jim, I wasn’t doing it for him.
I didn’t want the idea to be left unchallenged that incoherent rambles are never considered trolling. For anyone else following along the discussion, I was hoping it was clear that on the contrary, that’s a very common (and very old) tactic attributed to trolls.

I have been on these boards for over twenty years. Look at my old posts as far back as you want. The way I have expressed myself, the things I have said, the very topics I have chosen have always consistently been the same.
You’re saying this alleged deliberately act of trolling, I’ve kept it up exactly the same way, and all this time? And why? Because I somehow enjoy it?

I just wanted to point out that I am the only poster anyone has ever accused of being developmentally disabled or mentally ill. Has anyone else ever been a board member who could say that? I’m serious. Provide a link.
I still point out no one would stay on these boards that long, and keep a pretense like that up all that time. And besides you think I am developmentally delayed. You have to agree that sounds equally unlikely.

There’s also a thread on the rest of the boards that I thought was ironic about using the term “r@tarded” that I was thinking of citing here. But I think that I will ask a moderator first about that. Obviously (and ironically) nothing that goes on here could go there. I don’t know if it works vice versa.

I’m not even going to do that anymore. This is such over-the-top trolling that I’m not falling for it.
Of course there have been posters who have been accused of developmental disabilities or being mentally ill. We’ve had posters who have claimed that of themselves. Some are regular, frequent posters, even valued members of the community.
Unless this was very badly-conveyed sarcasm, this is obvious trolling. In which case, fuck you and your insincere smilies.
