The thread was so egregiously racist that it was temporarily closed by RickJay, who happened to see it but does not moderate that forum. What_Exit was just confirming that, as moderator of that forum, he concurred and was keeping it closed.
That “theory” is about as useless as any of your other “theories”. And also potentially a warning for arguing moderation bias outside ATMB.
