Are there any German dopers out there (or industry insiders) who can obtain a video copy of the new Rammstein video Ich Will for me? It was released today on MTV and VIVA in Europe, and WILL NOT be released in the states (although from the content of the video and our hypersensitive society I can certainly see why).
Anyway, I just wanted to throw this out there…I don’t know if MTV or VIVA have shows like TRL or something that you KNOW the video would be on and you could tape it for me?
Jarbaby - I found this site that look like it has it online, or at least has a link to it somewhere. I’m not sure. It says that it’s available to Fan Area members (?).
The new Rammstein single is called “Ich will”. Due to the big success during every concert this single was chosen to be the third release out of the current album “Mutter”. And for those who like to receive an impression of Rammstein’s live performance: there is an extra live-video-recording of the new song included.
(bolding mine) So I think that I’ll have to have it IMPORTED to get it here, and that will take a while. I only asked about the ICH WILL video here because through a bunch of searching I was able to get Sonne and Links on video tape from someone, and this is clearly (not so clearly in Real Player :rolleyes:) their best video yet. I know MTV will never play it here, and I doubt if they’re sending it to radio stations and video outlets in the U.S.
I wish they’d just put out a video compilation Video/DVD and be done with it.
