There is nothing political about my dislike for the word “nukular”. It’s up there with "irregardless’ in my book. I don’t care who says it, democrat or republican, it’s as annoying as the day is long. It was one of my huge pet peeves with Bill Clinton. That and “prolly”…as in “We’ll prolly never need to use nukular weapons against Canada”. Pisses me off just thinking about it.
We made a drinking game out of last night’s debate and I had to drink every time Sarah Palin said ‘soul’. Such as “John McCain has pushed *soul *hard with Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac reform measures.”.
You can imagine how wasted I was by the end of the debate.
Last night after the VP debate some of my neighbors in my apartment building were discussing it. I expressed the opinion that Palin came across as dumb as a box of rocks. One guy asked, “But would you fuck her?” I had to answer, truthfully, “Yes – but I’d be thinking of Tina Fey.” General hilarity.
Based purely on physical appearance in a photograph, and because I’m a straight male, I’ll go with Palin. But her voice, mannerisms, and general asexual-ness of her is a real turnoff. So I guess that means I’ll have to go with Biden, who can probably throw down pretty well for a man his age.
So, you dislike that word, irregardless of who says it?

I looked at a lot of photos of Joe Biden, and I’m just not seeing it. I can see that at one time he was probably pretty hot, but maybe he’s just a bit too old for me as is. It is not physically painful to look at him the way it is for John McCain though.
Sarah Palin is a very attractive woman. She actually reminds me a lot of my sister-in-law (who is often told she looks like Tina Fey.) They are both very sporty and active and pretty. The key difference is that my sister-in-law is intelligent and I love her more than I could say in words.
So no, now that I’ve identified a similarity between Gov. Palin and my sis, I definitely can’t say I’d like to do her either, because that’s just wrong.
I can see how others would find her attractive, though.
I can’t see the hotness in Sarah Palin. I’m not sure who started the MILF thing; I think it was the RNC trying to get the young people interested in an old person’s ticket.
The way I understand it, “hot” these days is defined as “she’s not fat, she has long hair, and she grooms her eyebrows and wears makeup”, and she does all those things, but I just don’t see it. Sure, she has nice hair, but it’s always sprayed into a shellacky mass on top of her head and ech, who wants to run their fingers through that? At the debate I was distracted by the bangs poking in her eyes (why not put them in front of the glasses so they don’t move every time she blinks?!) The deal-breaker, though: that VOICE. And jsgoddess is right: jowly. Her jaw from the side has a real meatiness to it.
Joe Biden doesn’t do it for me either, though. He needs to cut his hair in the back and his eyes look like they’ve been “done” which doesn’t look good on anyone.
Now, between Obama and McCain, that one’s easy.
McCain is truly unpleasant to look at. I feel like I’m watching someone decay before my very eyes. And lately his face looks very asymmetrical on one side and all puffed up. I feel wrong for noticing this because for all I know he’s got some medical problem or a tumor or something.
But either way, very unpleasant.
I don’t think Sarah Palin is hot when she’s in a suit with that beehive thing going on, but I get the hotness angle when she’s wearing her track outfit or racing her snowmachine and just generally being a cute, spunky lady. Even though she’s a complete dumbass politically, I get the impression I would enjoy her company.
Her husband Todd–he’s pretty hot.

Anyone who chooses a Presidential or Vice-Presidential candidate on the basis of sex appeal or hypotheses as how they’d be in bed has only him/herself to blame when he/she is fucked by the Government thereafter.
