While I was browsing the boards, I had a pair of pop-ups emerge from the foul depths of cyberspace. The only other page I was surfing at the moment was my school’s website, which I know for a fact does not have pop-ups?
So, basically, I’m asking if the boards have started having pop-ups? It’s possible that I’d left an earlier pop-up unattended to, and that it was one of those freaky pop-ups that opens up another pop-up as soon as you close it.
I was just wondering, is all.

Angel, take a look at AdAware, found at www.lavasoft.de . Chances are you’ve got some sort of scumware on your machine.
I second the recommendation for AdAware. Here’s Google’s explanation for the same phenomenon - Google doesn’t spam you with popups either.
