You can also post a little comment about why it’s better.
The judgment of “better” is up to the poster. For example, even if the last poster posted “Godfather II” hoping to kill this thread with the greatest movie of all, a new poster can come along and post “Deuce Bigelow: Male Gigolo” if the new poster honestly thinks Deuce is a better movie.
I suggest that each movie only be a little better than the previous one.
Here’s my starting post:
Previous: None
Next: Manos the Hands of FAte
Comment: Infamously bad. Widely considered one of the worst of all time.
Previous: Manos Hand of Fate
Next: Plan 9 from Outer Space
Comment: Infamously bad. Also, considered one of the worst of all time. Starred Bela Lugosi.

Next: The Conqueror
Comment: John Wayne as Genghis Khan, Susan Hayward as a Tatar princess. Memorable Quote: (In John Wayne’s voice, remember) “I feel this Tartar woman is for me, and my blood says, take her. There are moments for wisdom and moments when I listen to my blood; my blood says, take this Tartar woman.”

Comment: Far funnier stoner movie, with so many moments where, uh, some of us might go, “Oh yeah, been there, done that…”
Previous: Space Truckers
Next: Master of Disguise
Comment: Dana Carvey should have known better. But at least we get over the top, undeniable, product placement.
Previous: Master of Disgiuse
Next: Van Helsing
Comment: Hugh Jackman should have known better. But at least the movie doesn’t sit still long enough for you to realize it sucks for a good while.
Previous: Super Troopers
Next: Me, Myself and Irene
Comments: Wonderful performance by Jim Carry. Rene Zellweger…notsomuch. (loved his ‘children’! Black, foul-mouthed geniuses!) It’s a one trick pony of a movie.
(Note: From Nimrod Antal to Scorsese, even a lesser Scorsese, is “slightly” better? I want a ruling from the ref! In keeping with my feelings on the subject, I’m moving the line backward…)

If we’re on Beckinsale vehicles, this one includes John Cusack, who elevates pretty much everything he participates in.
OR
We can go with the aviation angle, and nominate as next in line “Pushing Tin”, which featured both Cusack and Billy Bob AND Angelina Jolie and was wildly underrated as a fresh examination of male competitiveness in a fresh setting and a fresh avenue for that type of story.
