My latest ex (the one I’m not going out with) called me up this afternoon and said she was clearing out a bunch of her stuff, wanted to know if I was interested in her albums.
Well, I have tons of albums, still use my turntables all the time (she knows this), so I said yes.
I went over to look through the vinyls.
Oh my god, we have such different tastes. Out of 500 some odd albums, I found maybe a dozen that were duplicates of something I already had. I found about 100 that I wanted, 1/3 of which were Elvis from the 50s 60s and 70s that her ex husband had left. Cool.
I took all the others, too. She was going to toss them, I’ll see they get a good home.
