I’m afraid I was a bit too harsh with the kid when he said he left a surprise for me, though… I told him that it wasn’t the 17[sup]th[/sup] here yet, and that I wished I’d never told him about my upcoming birthday this past weekend. If he reads this, I’m sorry.
