Yesterday, I had two lines of a song that I don’t really know nor like running through my head all day long:

I can’t even remember the title of the song. And, no, I’m not typically a Madonna fan.
This is a true earworm in that it’s occupying too much space in my head for how good it is, even though I do like it … @chl03k by Modern Baseball. I just realized that it sounds like it’s going to drop into electric rock but it never does and so could be annoying to people, but if you’re a fan of acoustic Dashboard Confessional you might like this.

For much of yesterday morning I was tortured by Aloha ʻOe. Have no idea at all how it got in there nor why it stuck around so long.
“Havana” by Camila Cabello. Can’t get the darned thing out of my head, much as I’d love to. Not that it’s a terrible song, but the mental repetition is getting quite annoying, and I can’t seem to shake it.

Yesterday, my wife was a watching a anime series called Bleach, and one character said, “Ichigo, where are you going to?” Since then, my head has been playing in a constant loop:

I don't even know why I currently have this stuck in my head. Maybe it's used in a recent commercial? Fortunately I like the song, so I bought it and put it in my listening rotation.I did see Lauper’s episode of Austin City Limits several months back and it was great! I’ve never seen her perform live in person, but I’ve seen several of her live performances on TV over the years and have always been impressed.
