Recommend a good antiperspirant

I’d like to apologise for my earlier reply. That is, I think, the most useless and negligent thing I’ve ever posted on this board.

I’d say you’re doing pretty well, then!

I’ve given Perspirex a try, and it stings really fiercely, but has cut wayyyy down on wetness. I’m still leery of Mitchum, both from the weird smell I remember and the potential for it to ruin my clothes, but if the Perspirex doesn’t settle down, I’ll give it a try.

I had bought a new deodorant because they didn’t have the one I normally buy. I kept sweating and getting stinky with that deodorant so I sought out the one I had been buying, Dry Idea, and the difference was that it had “aluminum zirconium octacholorhydrex”. I didn’t pay any attention to the strength, it seems the octa stuff works for me and the tetra doesn’t.

In my own experience, Old Spice Red Zone is the most effective.

I’ve used multiple “clinical strength” antiperspirants sold over the counter. The only one that works with any consistency is Certain Dri. Go for Certain Dri.

Also, use it nightly until you’ve reached a level you’re content with, then only use it every other day. It’s a pretty heavy dose of aluminum, which is essentially blocking your pores. It can’t be good for you.
