Was at a vendor’s office today and they had Reeces Pieces out. I didn’t have any because I’m on a diet (OK, I had a handful, don’t tell the diet club. ) Anyway, I really like peanut butter M&Ms, but these were good too.
Oh, Khadaji. You’re killing me. I’m depressed because it’s weigh-in day and I haven’t lost anything, and now you talk about Reese’s pieces, one of my very favorite candies, which I haven’t HAD since I was about 13? Because I don’t eat candy? And I need to lose weight anyway?
Reeses Pieces are vastly better. But I agree with Antinor01: Why have either when you can have both.
Right now my candy bowl at work has the mini Butterfingers, the mini Reeses PB cups, and mini Crunches. I find the Dove dark choco hearts are most effective at luring female coworkers, but I prefer the PB-based stuff for my own consumption.
M&M’s plain for me, although I will eat other M&M’s and Reese’s Pieces as opposed to nothing at all. Halloween candy is the big bag of individually packaged mouthful-sized M&M’s plains. And I just hope no kids come by.
Anybody ever have those M&M copycats by Hershey called Hersheyettes? Sorta diamond-shaped, a little bigger than an M&M and came in many colors. They went away in this area after only a short run. Can’t remember the last time I saw them. But they were good, too.
Neither. God help me, I managed to o.d. on Reese’s Pieces when E.T. came out and I am only just now at the point where I can eat more than one peanut butter cup within the span of a week or so. But given a gun to my head, I do think Reese’s has the handle on smoother and creamier.
These are delicioso but strangely soft. Likewise the Hershey’s Dark Chocolate Kisses. Why is that? Extremely tasty, but the consistency always reminds me of chocolate gouache.
