Problem is the chips are down to crumbs. I’m trying to figure out using them as a coating on the chicken (baking seems reasonable), but I’m not sure about getting them to stick.
How about the old coat the chicken in mayo trick?

egg wash then smash the chicken in the crumbs to get them to stick? I think the mayo would be good by itself but with the Doritos may get too greasy.
