The EE DVD Gift Set will contain the statue of Minas Tirith and the extra DVD of Howard Shore’s concert. The only way you can get Minas Morgul is to purchase it separately from www.SideshowWeta.com with the code that will come inside the gift set. They did the same thing last year with Gollum & Smeagol. I can’t wait for this to be released since I collect the Sideshow LOTR statues so I will most definitely be buying both! 
Will there be a scouring of the Shire?

No, there will not be a scouring of the shire, as Peter Jackson has said many times in interviews. That part of the story was never even filmed, so it can’t be added to the EE.
Lots of other fun extras, though. I’m almost sorry that I watched the little preview, because now I know what to expect!
