And as for the dopefest… Thomas is now officially on nights, but has been told that his night shift partner and the company are flexible if he ever wants to swap nights in the event there’s something he has planned that conflicts with his shift. Therefore, his schedule won’t affect our ability to come and I’ll re-submit my previous vote for the weekend of June 14[sup]th[/sup]/15[sup]th[/sup].
OK, I’ve been lax. Shayna has suggested June 14 - any votes yay or nay?

Yeah, I think June 14th/15th will work for us.
I think I’m scheduled to work on Habitat for Humanity on the 13th. But I can probably make it on the 14th. You can each buy me some birthday alcohol (only a couple of days late). 
We also need to vote on where:

It seems pretty much a done deal that we’ll do Sunday Gospel Brunch at Lips the following day.
I’d also suggest a Saturday daytime activity - maybe Legoland? Or the Zoo? Or SeaWorld? Or the Wild Animal Park?
And whatever places we don’t hit this time we’ll save for San DiegDopefest III!

June 14 works for me. I’ve always said nobody was really celebrating Flag Day enough.*
I’m a Zoo / Wild Animal Park member, and I probably have a free pass or two I could donate to the cause.
SeaWorld sounds like fun, but I’m also a member of the Zoo, so I can at least get one person in free with me. Sadly, I have a whole bunch of free passes, but they expire May 31.

I’d like to vote for Corvette, since I’ve never been there. But I’m concerned about getting in - do they accept reservations? I’ve heard it can get pretty crowded. Providing that’s not a problem, that’s my choice.
But the other two are just fine, and I won’t be disappointed with any of them.
I like June 14th also! Astrogirl should be here by then… and getting acclimated, so she’ll be able to join us.
Oh! And SeaWorld sounds fun, too. I haven’t been there yet. I did go to the Wild Animal Park with Greg a couple of weeks ago and that was fun. (Hey! Speaking of which: I found a baseball cap in my car which I thought must belong to my friend D, but he says it isn’t his… did you leave a hat in my car, Greg? It just occured to me that it might be yours.)

Two weeks too soon for me to attend. I work the Ren Faire here, and we close June 22nd. My weekends are booked solid until after then. Someone have a mimosa for me at Lips.
