Sarah Sanders leaving WH at end of the month.

I believe Aunt Sarah will be placed at the Rachel and Leah Center where she’ll be in charge of coercing testimonials from the handmaids.

I do think Sanders was a much better liar than Spicer, who wasn’t that great at it. Whether this was from natural talent or years of practise, one has to admit that Sanders was pretty skilled at creating on-the-spot alternative narratives and facts. She was on a similar level, in this regard, as Trump and Conway.

It’s unclear whether her leaving will affect things much. As already noted, the White House rarely gives press briefings any more. The last one was 94 days ago, and there were only four in the last 200 days.

‘Resign’ was always an option.

I don’t get the connection.

I wouldn’t be surprised if there isn’t a replacement at all.

Dishonest and dishonorable person who has aided and abetted incalculable damage to the country. No brownie points to those who lie for power and corruption.

This. Why spend the money? Apply it to The Wall.

Farewell, Ms. Slanders. Parting is such sweet joy.

She represented the most corrupt administration in American history quite well, if we’re awarding points for propagandists.

Wouldn’t it just be a slice of heaven if Giuliani became the next one?

I had great fun paying attention to questions that were asked and listening to her answers.

Her answers almost never had anything at all to do with the actual question.
mmm

Why don’t you give us a link to her best moment(s)?

Good Riddance to bad rubbish.

What the fuck has she been doing lately anyway? It’s been more than 100 days since she’s “graced” us with her lying ways.

Her job was to take turds and try to put a shine on them.

I don’t blame her for failing to do an impossible job. But I do blame her for choosing to do an immoral job.

No prob.

Who you going to call?
Mythbusters!

She did have a pretty amazing skill at the difficult stuff she did.

But, then, to read the descriptions of what serial killer Ted Bunny did on some of his adventures, that sounds like some amazing skill, too, success in some very difficult activities. It’s just that skill and effort aren’t the significant or distinctive features of the actions.

So it goes like this, huh?

Act I, scene i

Trump: Comey, you are fired!

Act I, scene ii

Journalist: Sarah, why did the President fire Comey?

Sanders: Tons of FBI agents hated him. He had to go.
Act II, scene i

Mueller: Ms. Sanders, why did you say that FBI agents hated Comey?

Sanders: You believed that? I totally made that up. Right on the spot.

THE END

And you think that she’s the hero of that story?

  • Mueller Report, Vol. II, p.72

She hasn’t done “the job” for 94 days. She never made sense of Trump’s conflicting statements, just told journalists asking for clarification that the president’s words spoke for themselves. She won’t be missed by anyone intelligent and sane.

“Anyone” can quit when their boss undermines them every day, especially if “anyone” is in a financial position where they don’t need the paycheck. Takes a little bit of integrity and self respect, though, so I guess it wasn’t an option for Sanders.
