About one in ten birds would get close enough for the manits to attack. She could get a hold but the bird could always shake her off. She got better as the day wore on and in mid afternoon she caught an overly aggressive male Rufous Hummingbird. She and the bird fell to the ground where she killed and ate it.

I’m with @Pardel-Lux on this one - I have a phone, I just take snaps. So nothing technical from me, but if I see a nice composition I’ll try to catch it.
I don’t know how well this is known: there are actually quite a few commercial vineyards in the UK. I can think of 4 local ones just off the top of my head - Ditchling, Bluebell, Merstham, Denbies*. Of these, Denbies is the largest vineyard on the UK. In this photo I was trying to capture something of its size:
