I’d like to join in on the fun too. 
I like any crafty stuff, or items related to dogs. I have a Boston terrier and Chihuahua. Puzzles, nick knacks like tiny ceramic figurines are fun. Something unique from a region coffee mugs, keychains, post cards with interesting local names or pictures on them. I’ll enjoy most any small item.

Thanks to the miracle of Amazon, my giftee should get a package on Friday. Because I have Prime and don’t have to pay for shipping, and could ship it straight to me giftee, I could spend a wee bit more. I love Amazon.

I hope this isn’t too late. But, I have reviewed my wish list. Although some foods can enter the country, some are prohibited. And the list gets bigger if the package arrives when the inspectors are hungry. I believe the 80% cacao dark chocolate is not prohibited. Neither is beef jerky. And I hope the inspectors are not hungry when the package arrives. You could also toss in an e-cigarette. I can’t find them here. These would be light and easy to ship. Again, nothing with sugar or fake sugar. Gracias.

Had fun buying the gifts at the mercado. Today I mailed the package. It will go to Merida, Yucatan via truck, then an airplane to the USA. When it arrives there it will be in the hands of USPS. The mail folks here said it would arrive at the house of a Doper in ten days.

My order with Amazon is in the preparing for shipment stage. It will ship directly to my giftee. Amazon estimates delivery Dec 24-Jan 2. I’m hoping Santa is on time, but my giftee may get it a couple days late. I have three small items. I’m hoping they all ship in one box. Multiple boxes could be confusing.
I prefer going out and shopping. But a ice/sleet storm almost shutdown my city the past week. The stores and Post Office will be packed with Christmas shoppers making up for that lost week. Amazon was my best choice this year.
Mine is sent. The post office that is closest is in the mall, and the mall was mobbed! I had to parkmat one end, but it was a nice brisk walk. Should get there soon!
