Thank you for doing this. I think it will make a big difference for a family about to go through a major transition.
My opinion: you get a shower for every pregnancy, a bigger one if you know it’s twins. No need to repeat the more durable items like changing table or the like, if they still have them, but (at least here) most of the shower stuff is consumables, or individual-specific items like clothes.
