Well, Dazzling White Diamonds, it got here today rather than this weekend. Cute puzzle you put in the card to help me figure out who it was. 
(Of course, it helped that I remembered seeing someone post something about their giftee posting a wish list a little too late! ;))
For those of you who don’t get to see it, it’s a beautiful knicknack. It’s a block of… well, I’m not really sure of the material. It’s clear, whatever it is. And inside is etched what looks like a beautiful bell. It’s three dimensional. I’m absolutely in love with it, and it’s going right on the front of my curio shelf! You picked a perfect gift, without even knowing!
For my giftee, I have bought the gift, I just have to find time to wrap it up and get it sent out. But it should be on the way by the end of the week.

Whew! I’m glad it got there… I was starting to get worried!
And the hint… well, I was never one for subtlety. Ahem.
I asked the young man what the material was, and he told me it was crystal. Now, I’m sure it’s not Waterford**[sup]TM[/sup]** or Swarovski**[sup]TM[/sup]**, but I thought it was mighty pretty. And I’m so glad you feel the same. 
and, if you look closely, you’ll see two chairs on either side of a table that has a veranda over it… and on the table is a vase with a flower in it… my hubby told me that they did that with lasers… 
Ok, I have the present… but for the last 2 days I’ve forgotten to bring it with me to send it. But it WILL get there, that I promise you, Secret Santa 'Ceiver.
That sounds so crap, but I am gonna leave it there.
There should be a Secret Santa check in thread. Nobody knows who got whom (who got who? whom got which? Which got what?). You can pop in the thread and say you got your gift so the people who sent them can see that they were gotten (see if they were got? got to where they were getting?).
I received my gift today with a cute card. And the package is kind of…liquidy…sloshy. Could it be a beverage? Fluids for my car?
A giant bottle of perfume?
I hope he got what I sent.
Once I held it the right way, I could see exactly what it was!
(Ok, Verrain was the one to hold it the right way. But if you hold it upside down, it looks almost bell like!!! :o )

Well, ahem, I’m not really sure who my SS was, but I got some really nifty chocolate, a christmas ornament, and the soundtrack from Farscape, to which I am listening right this very minute! Thank you, Secret Santa, wherever you are!
Opps! Guess I wasn’t as sneaky as I thought mailing the package from the next town over. Glad you like your present Ethilrist. I made the ornament myself (it’s a gourd).
Well, I have some self-control! I got mine today, and haven’t opened it yet.

I got mine! It’s a really pretty dreamcatcher, sort of a grayish blue in color. Thank you whoever you are!!! I’m going to examine the package more closely to see if I can figure out my giver.
My gift will go in the mail this Saturday. It will be two packages actually, as the items I am sending are rather different in size and texture.
I couldn’t wait…opened my fluidy one today and it turned out to be a most wondrous purple glitter lamp! How on Earth did my Santa know that purple is my favorite color? And I wanted one of these lamps too!
