I left it in the fine care of a rather unfriendly postal worker not 20 minutes ago.

Woo hoo! I love Secret Santa!
Mailed my Santee her package today! Line at the Post office line was out the door. Luckily there was a self-serve “press the buttons to mail your package” machine that had only 1 person at it. Of course the 1 person must have never used a self-serve checkin/checkout terminal before and took FOREVER. After hearing countless beeps and boops I finally politely inquired if I could help him. He was inserting his credit card in the wrong way. I helped him finish, then took 30 seconds to do mine. Easy peasy!
My gift is on it’s way to - whoops, almost gave it away. It should be there before the end of the week.

Hmmm. I came home from work today to find a large white package on my doorstep. There’s a card inside and an address on the outside, but no indication of a user name. Whom, I tell you whom would torture a sister Doper this way?
I’m going to try to be good and wait until Christmas.

I mailed my package off today, although I neglected to include a card. So if you receive a package with some really cool presents, then it’s probably not from me.

Mailed my Secret Santa package today. And I must say that the guy at the local post office was really cool. I was pretty clueless about the whole mail the package thing. Where I normally go to the post office they box, wrap and tape it for you. Not thinking it would be any different at this branch, I grabbed a folded up box from their selection on the wall and got in line with it and my wrapped gifts.
Anyhow, I finally got to the head of the line, and was told that I had to box tape and address the package myself, so I got back out of line to do the package at one of the side counters. One of the post office dudes took pity on me and took me aside and helped me do the package and got it ready to mail as well, so I wouldn’t have to wait in line again.
Excellent! Help for the silly from the US Postal Service at Christmas! Awesome!

I have gifts for my Secret Santa purchased, boxed, wrapped, addressed and ready to go to the Post Office in the morning!!
Present is purchased and was ready to go out today, but I got delayed leaving work and didn’t make it to the post office on time. Fingers crossed for tomorrow, but it will definitely make it out by Wednesday at the latest.

My Secret Santa is so punctual. 
I love the coffee and mug. I am going to eat the biscotti this morning and the kitty ornament is going on the tree soon. Thank you, Secret Santa. (I with I knew who you were.)
I, on the other hand am almost ready to send my gift. It will go out in the mail tomorrow. So hang on… all you who haven’t received anything yet.
