I wasn’t going to mention my secret Santa’s name in this post, but upon mailing, I found that the package may not reach Finland in time for Christmas. I’m not entirely certain. The PO clerk had a heavy Thai accent and seemed to be in a rather noncommital mood, so I’m not sure if it will reach in time or not. Taking into account international delays, etc…
So, AuRa, you ARE getting a package from your Doper secret Santa, and it may not arrive before Christmas. Sorry about that.
I received my package from Batsinma Belfry yesterday. It was awesome! I love the blank books!
I mailed mine today by Priority Mail. They say it should arrive Thursday or Friday in Florida. ;)I saved the receipt in case it goes horribly awry like the t-shirt exchange package did.
Oh, and the big ball of bubble wrap has something in it- do not throw away!

She was so sweet - in addition to lots of nice things for me (:)) she sent the furbabies a package of kitty treats so they wouldn’t feel left out!!
I have to admit - I also enclosed kitty toys in the package I mailed today, so my recipient’s cat wouldn’t feel left out.
I have been in a total blur due to finals (and I thought grad school would be different). I’m dropping mine in the mail tonight, priority mail. It should be there in a couple of days. If I’m good I’ll rememer to enclose a card.
Oh, I’m planning on saving mine to open for Christmas … please let me know if that would be … unadvisable. Visions of beautiful and yet then horridly stale cookies dancing in my head.

Ok, my gift made it into the mail today, and should start flying south for the winter tomorrow morning, since I missed the last pickup of the day by 10 minutes. Hopefully it will make it through customs unmolested, and I won’t be busted for including an undeclared potential bioterrorism weapon, aka a chocolate Santa.
To my secret santa, I swear im trying to get your gift out! I didnt forget about you! Money’s a pain in the butt, isnt it? I’l get it out thursday afternoon, after work, friday at the absolute latest.

As for my Secret Santee, the gift will go out tomorrow, as soon as I’ve finished it. I’m going to get them to deliver it as quickly as possible, so it just might make it for Christmas. If not for Christmas, then just after.

Well I think I got my Secret Santa yesterday. It came in a UPS box with no name. It came from a company in PA called British Imports or something like that. Anyway there was three packs of Hob Nobs in there. I don’t ever remember saying I loved Hob Nobs around here so someone is either stalking me or got a really good guess. If it’s not from someone here then I’m really confused.
Mine will get out either tomorrow or this weekend. Good thing they are very close to me so it should be there next week. I do have to wrap it and all, and I love wraping things. 
My Secret Santa gift headed out UPS to Idaho yesterday, scheduled to arrive on Tuesday. Hope the recipiant likes it !

Actually, you mentioned Hob Nobs back in a thread in 2003 or something. I’ve done a lot of reading in the last week.
The Hob Nobs are sort of a backup gift, since the original thing I ordered may or may not appear. It should be addressed to Edward Q. Head as the Hob Nobs were, and in case the dim bulb I ordered it from gets that wrong, the present is baby-sized and quirky. If you don’t have it by New Years Eve, post again or email me.
