Shagnasty is a misogynistic prick

:smack:

Didn’t you also say a while back that gymnastics judges give attractive girls higher points, whether they’re willing to admit it or not? :dubious:

In general yes. Female gymnastics is a brutal sport in lots of ways. My daughter just happens to be really good at it naturally although nobody ever forced her to to do it. All competitive gymnasts at the upper levels are extremely fit just because they train more that almost any other sport but they also need to be pretty at the higher levels. The judges won’t admit that but it is blatantly obvious that it is true. I didn’t notice it until other parents of competitive gymnasts pointed it out to me.

You need to have a certain petite and pretty body type to advance to the higher levels. Otherwise, they get so many deductions that they quit or flunk out. I have gotten in way deeper in the competitive gymnastics world than I ever planned and it isn’t pretty but I support my daughter because she wants to do it.

There is a joke that I make at all the gymnastics events. “All these little white girls look the same to me”. It is true. It is hard to spot your own daughter when they have the same body shape and are wearing the same leotard. It is really difficult to tell them apart from any distance. Anyone that doesn’t conform to that body shape has long since been gone.

Are you sure that the higher-level gymnasts all have the same body shape because the judges like the way it looks, or is it because that body shape is most conducive to high-level women’s/girls’ gymnastics?

I’m still curious as to what Shagnasty looks like. (He claims his pictures are all over the internet, but all I could find was some aging drag queen. Unless…)

And the Blacks and Asians and all those…others, look all the same anyway, no matter what they wear or what sport they do…Yeah Shag, keep 'em coming

It is probably both. I have never taken it that seriously. It is just young girls doing admittedly incredibly difficult things that they work extremely hard to perfect but my coworkers drove the point home when they asked me how much money you win in a major tournament. The answer is the same as last place - $0. It is just a money sinkhole but I support her because she is good at it and I love her more than anything and she is willing to work her tail off for trophies and 1st place on the podium.

I have to go to Arizona for a national tournament in January and bring both of my daughters back home. I may have to share a hotel room with my ex-wife and daughters while we are there. I am not sure how that is going to go over with my new girlfriend but she has lots of complications as well. Next on Day of Our Lives…

Make a phone call, get your own room. Not hard to figure out. Plenty of people have exs and new SOs. It is not that hard.

More like Here Comes Honey Boo Boo. Don’t delude yourself into thinking we’re interested in you. We’re just here for the trainwreck, man.

Just watch Duck Dynasty.

It is amusing to read about the pretend rich guy who can’t afford two hotel rooms for a couple of nights.

I would also love to see what he looks like. It would be hilarious if he was an “aging drag queen.”

And again, I wish msmith would comment. He knows Shag in real life.

He blew his allowance at the go-karts this week.

I guess because hope springs eternal, but you’re right. It’s a fool’s errand.

Shaggy, we realize that your desire to make shit up is Trumparian, and it’s entertaining to watch you squirm about trying to keep your stories straight, but quite frankly, you’re slipping. Try to get your act together, for even as a troll, you have responsibilities.

We’re just here for the trainwreck, man.

This is my favorite pair of posts in this thread. Bravo.

Even without the weird race comment, this is a stupid joke. How is it different in any sport? You will always see a bunch of kids with similar builds wearing the same outfit because that’s just kind of how sports work.

Same with your comment about the $0 prize for tournaments - that’s basically the definition of amateur sports…

Sometimes you come across like you think you are somehow unique to have a kid who is involved in a sport. It’s weird.

That’s part of his schtick. He thinks he is interesting and different. From his writing style, to his personality, to his family, everything is unique. But none of it really is.

My old Granny would’ve said “he has diarrhea of the mouth”
