Sorry, my mistake. It’s walk 5 k in an hour with the option of walking 10 k instead. The final walk takes place at the same time as the local marathon and there are 5, 10 k, half and full marathon activities.
It sounds like part of what you’re hoping to get from the clinic is connection to a group that can motivate you to move more. I hope you won’t hand that motivation over to a flaky driver. I’m all for giving people second chances, but if this is important to you, find a way to do it without having to rely on someone who doesn’t show up for you. Riding your bike is a great warmup!
