You should wear proper female clothing which covers you entirely, including the veil. Then you will not be pawed at by passing men. Until you do so, you are likely to be treated as a slut, deservedly so!
If he persists after you have covered yourself modestly, then you may try seek a conservative mullah out and perhaps can have him whipped for his immoral behaviour. Until you dress properly, no such cleric would help, since you obviously want incite this behaviour and deserve a caning yourself!
