The latest one was by Homer when the family went to Brazil to find Lisa’s sponsored orphan. Bart had just become fluent in spanish on the plane by listening to audio cassettes, when Marge told him they speak portuguese in Brazil. Homer told Bart to forget it all now, and when Marge objected he said the line.

Homer said “forget it,” not “do it,” but he did use the same threatening tone.

The one I’m thinking of was the Olympics in Springfield episode,
something like this:

TV announcer: “…everyone is catching Olympic fever…”

Homer to Bart: “Hear that boy? Catch the fever…(threatening)Caaatch iiit…”
