So I've found the most addicting game that exists on the internet. No, seriously

Fuck no. god damn things sitting up there…taunting me. Ruining my life. I hate them so much.

Seems like that’s got to be the next thing, though, right? They will be far cheaper than going from 150 to 160 prisms (which I think will cost almost 2 sextillion). Even for me at 130 prisms, the mathematically best move is probably just to save up for them, as they cost less than twice as much as the next 20 prisms and will presumably have a much more dramatic impact on cps. But I just can’t deal with the thought of playing so long (almost two weeks of idle production at my current rate) without doing anything.

Damn. Click Frenzy + Frenzy = 9 quintillion cookies in 26 seconds!

You’re probably better off resetting a few more times until you’re close to around a quadrillion base CpS. At that rate it should only take about a day and a half of idling to gather enough for Kitten Managers (which should roughly double your output from there).

I think I’m gonna go for 200 time machines and 200 Condensers this reset.

I usually just keep it going until it doubles the amount. I’m around 370 click fingers and 350 grandmas. Everything else at 200. Maybe I should add 5 to all the other buildings, like someone mentioned earlier?

Once you get the Kitten Manager, there doesn’t seem to really be much to do but grind points; the buildings are a bottomless pit for cookies and even getting the last bonuses don’t really add that much production.

Just now got the achievement for 1 quadrillion mined cookies. Is it safe to assume each building’s achievement above that is another order of magnitude each? i.e. Farms get the achievement at 10 trillion, factories @ 100 trillion, mines @1 quadrillion…etc?

Also, what are the same achievement levels for cursors and grannies?

Yeah, basically, with the cursors and grannies both set at 10 quintillion. Also note these have to be done in a single session and are not cumulative.

List of all achievements (make sure you grab the easy but not obvious ones like Cookie Dunker, Tiny Cookie, and sell a grandma)

I’m at the point in heavenly chips and resetting that getting the kitten manager is done within a few hours at most of the reset, perhaps even less. More challenging in the resets are to get all the reindeer dropped cookies, all the Halloween cookies, and all the Easter eggs.

Of course, special cookie flavors like the Christmas and Halloween cookies are basically irrelevant once you have that many heavenly chips, since they’re counted in the same pool (so a Christmas cookie might take you from 1,000,000% boosted production to 1,000,025%). In optimal play, you’d only bother with those once to get the achievement, and then make no particular effort at them in any subsequent play-through. Unless of course you’re an obsessive completionist, and just have to get them for the sake of having them. Not that that describes anyone who plays this game, of course.

Easter eggs are different, because they’re counted on their own multiplier. Getting even one of the common 1% eggs really will boost your production by 1%, and some of the rare eggs are much more valuable than that.

Yep. Usually I get the Halloween and Christmas season early, and of course, the Christmas season comes with the True Santa thing, which is also relevant as decreases cost of new buildings. And yes, I’m a completionist, plus gives me something to do when I reach that level other than to idly click or let it run in background.

I figure by the end of my 8hr cookie clicker shift…errr…uh…I mean “work shift”…tonight, I will have finally gotten those god damn kitten managers! Wooo!

please…k…kill me…this is the only thing that counts for excitement in my life…

It’s Christmas (aspermanently as I can maintain) and grandmas are awake (One Mind running only). I have 208/216 (96%) Upgrades and 152/159 (96%) Achievements plus 175,822 heavenly chips. No cheats, auto-clickers etc.

I did get 200 of everything in a previous game (and over 7,000 golden cookie clicks) but lost it all in a big PC prob (I am not too PC literate).

I probably have no reset often enough in this game but that is partly as I do not have time to rebuild that often - so tend to reset once I have cooked as many cookies as I have previously cooked in total. As mostly running in background I don’t pick up as many golden cookies as I would otherwise so running full grandma apocalypse with eldeer combos every 17 cookies or whatever is unrealistic. I am happy enough with the odd double golden cookie rushes and wrinklers with all other upgrades purchased.

Tend to get Xmas upgrades first, then Valentines (as so quick), then Easter and finally Halloweeen. Then back to Xmas for as long as I can afford the Season Switcher.

Somebody somewhere posted the ideal purchases expressed as the number less than your number of Cursors/Grandmas (which I know should be roughly the same) but I cannot find it now I am looking. Can anyone repost?

I know I should probably have spreadsheets running or things added to my browser to optimise my purchases and resets but as I said I am not that computer literate. I am aware though that getting to 400 cursors and final octillion cookie forfiet is going to take forever so probably my best course would be to try to more quickly build up my heavenly chips to the couple of million I think it will require to even have a hope of getting those final two. Everything else is do-able though given a few more months!

This game pretty much epitomizes how much mankind has devolved.

I got bored, so I hacked the script to give continuous double click frenzy (777x7)* just so I could get the final two achievements 400 Cursors and Octillion defaulted. I was hoping there was some “end” to the game, like something that appears once you’ve finally done everything, but no such.

*ETA, and even with THAT maxing out takes a few days(!)

So it took me 982 hours to get kitten managers the first time, and 26 hours to get it the second time…yeehaw!

That’s just about exactly where I was when I reset last Thursday night. Now at 385 trillion cps with 151 prisms, 973 quintillion baked this game and 2.75 sextillion all time.

The game definitely feels like it is dragging. Once you get to around 150 prisms and appropriate numbers of other buildings, it takes forever to add significantly to the buildings, so you just let it run a few days to get more HC, then reset until you get back to 150 prisms, but now with a larger cps, and repeat until you get Kitten Managers and then, I guess, shoot for 200 of everything.

I think I may retire once I get the Kitten Managers. Because, y’know, it’s really important to do that before you quit. I have 137 achievements currently and would like to get to 143, which would be 90% of what is possible. I’ll reset with over a sextillion baked next time, and I don’t yet have Neverclick, 200 wrinklers killed, or the Halloween cookies. I bet if I sold everything else before a reset, I could get to 300 cursors and 200 time machines. Maybe then this strange obsession will lift…

It won’t. You are done for.

I’m cruising along at 2 quad Cps…shooting for 200 antimatter condensers before I reset again. Im at 174. I’m betting I’ll be resetting before I get it (I tend to reset once total baked this session (currently 5 sext)>= cookies forfeited(currently 7 sext))

By the way, I was curious about the cost of the “big” achievements and found the info on the Wiki:

Somebody also did a very detailed spreadsheet of all the building costs. 200 antimatter condensers with discount upgrades cost 35.67 sextillion total (and a whopping 35.64 sextillion of that is going from 150 to 200).

These numbers actually aren’t quite as high as I expected. It means even after you can buy 200 of everything and 400 cursors, you’re still about 800 septillion away from being able to reset with an octillion. Jeez.
