So someone robs you naked...

I’m naked already. You don’t get one red cent off of me. Ha!

Pants $14
T-shirt $8
Undies $10 total
Socks $3
Medic Alert bracelet $35
Five earrings $12
Cash in pocket $22
Swiss Army Knife $14
Lighter $1
Hair tie $1
Glasses $99

$219 by my count. It would be less if I hadn’t just sold my Stats book, or if I had changed into empty-pocketed pants when I got home.

In Canadian:
Shorts: ~$20
Shirt:~$20
Skivvies: ~$5
Rings (2): ~$40
Glasses: ~$400
Total: $485
Yes my glasses were expensive. $200 for frames, $200 for lenses That included anti-scratch, anti glare, and special thin lenses, etc. One eye is far sighted, the other near, so one lens would be a coke bottle, while the other would be very thin. It would’ve looked very strange, so they made them both relatively the same size, much to my wallet’s disgust.

Erm, honestly… $0.

It’s hot in my apartment!

Gee, I’m nearly as bad as Anamorphic.
I’ve only got on jeans a t-shirt and undies.
Maybe $40.00 if you were lucky.

I think I may get security to escort me to my car when I leave!

Well I’m on the Metro right now, so I am carrying my laptop, but here we go…

Laptop - $1299
Accesories - $200
Bag - $350 (needed to be stylish, couldn’t stand the bland run of the mill ones…)
Shirt - $50
Trousers - $50
Socks - $10
Undies - $15
T-shirt - $7
Belt - $35
Glasses - $350
Shoes - $280
Watch - $320
Wallet - $100
cash - $32.25
discman - $60
cd’s - $65
Umbrella - $25
PDA - $200

Which adds to the sum of…$3,448.25

I’m only wearing trousers, boxers, shirt and glasses, so not that much, maybe £50. Wow, more than I’d thought.

But it’s impossible to calculate, because the glasses are worth rather more to me, because I need them to see, and they’re pretty useless to anyone else. My boxers cost maybe a few quid, but they’re only worth that to me - no one else’d wear them. Unless someone was weird enough to stalk me and steal them :O, in which case they’d be worth more to them.

Are we going on replacement cost?

Let’s see…

Wedding Ring: $150
Watch: $70
Khakis: $30
Collared Shirt: $15
Cell Phone: $90
Cell Phone Clip: $15
Belt: $15
Underwear: I dunno, $2?
Socks: $1
Shoes: $120

$508. I’m expensive!

I love reading this thread, and maybe it’s just 'cause I’m an accountant, and I love numbers, or maybe I’m just weird. (note: Those two are not mutually exclusive!)

On me: (in Cdn dollars)

Jean Jacket (circa 1983) - $30
wallet - $25
change purse - $3
cash in wallet and change purse - about $3.76
hair band - $1.50
glasses - $450 (ouch!)
necklace - $30
sweatshirt - $30
sheer top - $30
cami under sheer top $30
bra - $30 (hhm, I’m sensing a pattern)
skirt - $35
nylons - $7.75 (just looked at the box this morning!)
underwear - (hmm, 4 for $32, carry the 1 …) $8
shoes - $80
walking shoes (what, you think I can walk 3 km in heels!) $50
white socks for walking shoes - (3 pairs for $9) $3
ring from my parents - $35
ring from my great-great-grandmother - $35
ring from my fiance - $2000

Other things I carry with me to work:
walkman radio - $60
earphones with colume control $30
sunglasses - $350
my lunch - priceless (to me anyways!)
sunscreen - $9
hat - $10

Let’s see … about $3,300 Cdn, which is about $2,500 US.

Hmm, although I rarely carry cash, seems a thief could make a lot off me, assuming he/she could see through my glasses, and wear my size shoes, clothes or jewelry.

I wonder if someone is rapidly taking notes about who’s the most expensive, and where they are … (-:

Suit (jacked and pants): $500
Dress shirt: $60
Tie: $40
Watch: $1,000
Ring: $700
Belt: $45
Shoes: $150
Undershirt: $10
Underwear: $10
Contact lens (pair): $85
Wallet w/cash: $119

My net worth to someone who wants it all, right this second:
$2719

Shirt: $15
Watch: $50
Belt: $20
Pant: $55
Underwear: $5
Socks: $1.00
Shoes: $40

Money and wallet locked in desk.

That makes a whopping $186.00

Heh this looks fun.

Shirt: $30
Belt: $15
Pants: $40
T-shirt: $10
Boxers: $6
Socks: $2
Shoes: $60
Ring: $150
Watch: $70
Wallet: $25
Money in Wallet: $95
Cell phone: $200

Total: $703

Man, that seems like a lot of money that I never even think about. It would be interesting to see these results plotted out somehow. Maybe against age or income would be interesting too.
