Nah…you guys wouldn’t do that. 
If it be the 27th, then I will skip the game and come on down. I think earlier would be preferable. Maybe 1pm? Late enough for people coming from longer distances to drive up/down, but early enough that we can create the kind of havoc Dopers are known for while still leaving enough time for folks to get home in Sunday evening traffic.

1pm works for us. Don’t worry about the game…the Dodgers will blow a 3 run lead in the 8th to lose by 2. 
As it happens, the family we’ll have in town that weekend are thinking about going to the game. Asimovian, I’ll cheer for you.

I’m in San Diego right now, leaving Friday midday. I’m staying and working off of Mira Mesa Blvd.
Not sure if I’ll be here next week. Kind of hoping not to be. Probably will be here for the week after that, possibly for two weeks that time. But anything beyond this week is pure speculation until it’s booked.
4/27 will work for me., if only for an hour or two. A 1:00 pm start would be perfect!
