This looks exciting (but most movie trailers make the movie look exciting). I like seeing Punisher, Bruce Banner, and the Scorpion in there. I assume that voice over is Marvin Jones III’s Tombstone. I like Holland’s take on Spider-Man and the MCU’s version in general though I think they’ve made some definite missteps along the way. I am looking forward to seeing this.

This seems a lot less bright and colourful than the previous ones. I guess that reflects his being discombobulated from losing MJ.

I’ve seen pretty credible speculation that someone was CGI’d out of the scene at 2:18 in the trailer. It’s something Marvel has done before in trailers to attempt to keep surprises.
He appears to be fighting The Hand so that would suggest it being Daredevil.
I just hope the Daredevil TV show cleans up the mess it made before this comes out.
We will know in less than a week.
I thought I had heard that Charlie Cox was confirmed to be in S-M:BND. Why would they take him out of the trailers?
My biggest concern is that there seem to be A LOT of cameos. I’m afraid that Sony may be trying to make the movie (in the words of Joel Schumacher) “Toy-atstic.”
Charlie Cox was in the last Spider-Man but Daredevil wasn’t. Even if his appearance isn’t a secret they sometimes modify the trailers to keep certain plot points secret.

My guess is that Bruce Banner will be in it to say sciencey things but the Hulk won’t make an appearance. Too OP for these villains
Something I hadn’t put together but was pointed out elsewhere is that after Peter emerges from his cocoon and falls, he saves himself with a web that does not come from his mechanical web shooters. So they must be organic web shooters, the controversial approach used in the Raimi Maguire movies.
I wasn’t expecting organic webs in the MCU except for Toby, who showed up for part of a movie.
I always thought it made sense. Some kid makes web shooters as strong as we see in the comics? Come on.
Is Disney still bound by the agreement with Universal that The Hulk can be in MCU films but a film specifically featuring the Hulk has to share distribution and profits with Universal?
Because THAT would explain a lot about how they are using the character.
Yeah, it always bothered me that the most iconic part of his powers is something a high school kid just went home and built in a couple days because he found out he could stick to walls. The organic shooters always do look weird though.
The shots in the trailer that look like classic covers makes me think there are going to be very brief cameos of classic villains in a montage leading up to him getting the key to the city. Tarantula isn’t going to be a big part of this movie. I don’t hate the idea but it’s very similar to what they did in the Fantastic Four movie.
Maybe he was hanging out in Jersey?

Rewatching the trailer, we don’t actually see how he saves himself. There is a web noise, but his wrist is off screen. It looks to me more like someone grabbed him.
