Kasich seemed, by far, to be the most reasonable guy on the stage at the debate, and he still has these batshit crazy views.
Mother Jones has outed a FOX contributor as having taken over the first person identity of a female student, the victim of a stalker, in order to write about how women need to carry guns and how the mean old college wouldn’t let her. Not only that, but he used, as supporting proof, his own book on the subject.
“Most reasonable guy” is a relative term, of course, but it’s nice to have reminders like this so I don’t go getting the crazy idea that any of these guys as president wouldn’t be a total disaster. He may be the least insane at the asylum, but he’s still in the asylum.

Two brothers beat up and urinated on a homeless Latino in Boston because “Donald Trump was right, all these illegals need to be deported.” When asked to comment, Trump said, “I will say that people who are following me are very passionate. They love this country and they want this country to be great again. They are passionate.”
Did they ask him first if he was a citizen? Or ask him for his green card? I traced the story back to the Boston Globe, and couldn’t find anything that indicated that the attackers even cared. Not that it matters; this is inexcusable no matter the reason.
We do, believe it or not, Mr. Trump, have a number of Hispanic citizens. Trump’s response to this attack should be a no-brainer. It should be condemned in the strongest possible terms.

This Missouri Republican school board member thinks that all women are good for is being fucked. Amazingly, or maybe not so, 3 of his fellow board members didn’t think this was such a bad thing to say.

As near as I can work out, she disagreed with him about something and he went a bit overboard on the “women shouldn’t be trying to do a man’s work, they’re not suited for it” response.
I looked this guy up and read responses on other articles about this event. The consensus seems to be he’s like this all the time. I bet his momma is real proud of the Southern gentleman she raised.
