Stupid Republican idea of the day

IKEA instructions for an RTA baby are not going to help you get the liver in the right spot. And the stomach is a lot higher than most people think. Not to mention the worry about leftover screws and cam-bolts.

I wonder if Ted told her he would take the advice of a tran advisory group or if this is just wishful thinking. Remember Bush had an evangelical advisory board - which he never listened to. And that would be a lot better than this.

Oh well, another dumb jock from the Kardashian Research Institute.

Wasn’t that the outfit that tortured Captain Picard?

<Picard > THERE… ARE… FOUR… LIGHTS!

“Yes, Captain. But what bathroom do they use?”

:o “Errmm, yeah, honey, they’re my . . . advisory group.”

You can not conceive of the level of hatred the transgender community I live and work in feels for Caitlyn Jenner. I’d love to have her on my radio show and roast her on the air.

That sounds like it would be a very good thread to read if someone would start it…

I think it’s wonderful that she has embraced Ted. I want to see the picture of Ted embracing her. I’d love to see his face.

Not words I ever thought I’d read about Ted Cruz.

The problem is, he’s only going to make it about twenty yards long…

I read a “This Modern World” comic a few election cycles ago (I can’t find it now) in which Sparky the penguin with the cool sunglasses is querying a Log Cabin Republican about that very thing. He lists all of the challenges that the GOP did its best to exacerbate for gay people, and asks how the LCRs can rationalize belonging to the Party. The LCR gentleman shifts his eyes ever so slightly to one side and says: “Some of us have a lot of money…”

Sparky then heaves a sigh, and says, “It figures.”

I did like one I saw this morning.

Chris Christie endorsed Trump hoping to be his VP pick. Because he knows Trump will be impeached.

That’s just…so sad.

You really don’t want to see his face.

I bet they had a lot more money after 7 years of Obama than 8 years of Bush. Unless they are in the 0.1% that is.

But the Republicans TELL them that they’re worse off. And that’s what counts.

At least it was not someone else’s.

Trump is Obama’s fault

[QUOTE=Bobby Jindal]
Let’s be honest: There would be no Donald Trump, dominating the political scene today if it were not for President Obama.

I believe that voters tend to act in open-seat presidential elections to correct for the perceived deficiencies of the incumbent…. After seven years of the cool, weak and endlessly nuanced “no drama Obama,” voters are looking for a strong leader who speaks in short, declarative sentences.

So…Trump is Obama’s fault, because Obama…did his fucking job?
