He wants to make sure the black people are being forced to wait in long lines at understaffed polling stations, and being checked for certain specific kinds of ID that are difficult to get if you don’t have a birth certificate, while white voters in conservative Republican suburbs get fully staffed polling stations with extended hours and can get by with a gun or fishing license or something.
Those black people voting, it’s probably fraudulent. Everyone knows they’re criminals, not all of them, I’m sure many are very nice people…
