Others keeping Trump company this past week include former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani.

“We’ve always found it’s wise to have people traveling with him, because it’s an opportunity to have him engaged and not just sitting there,” Manafort said.

In other words, the GOP has nominated, for the office of President, a person who literally needs a sitter so he won’t get into trouble on his own. Maybe I’m wrong, but I thought the role of the Chief Executive was to be *the * adult in the room.

I wonder what the going rate for a candidate sitter is nowadays, $20/hour and anything in the fridge they can find to snack on?

He wants to make sure the black people are being forced to wait in long lines at understaffed polling stations, and being checked for certain specific kinds of ID that are difficult to get if you don’t have a birth certificate, while white voters in conservative Republican suburbs get fully staffed polling stations with extended hours and can get by with a gun or fishing license or something.

Those black people voting, it’s probably fraudulent. Everyone knows they’re criminals, not all of them, I’m sure many are very nice people…

GOP, keep fucking that chicken. Making the mere act of voting a protest against the ‘man’ will not work out like they hope.

My district. Kline (R) represented us for a long time, moved rightward with the Tea Party and then decided to retire. Polls now showing it going from Leans-Republican to leaning Democrat for this election. Couldn’t be happier.

Angie Craig is the democrat candidate. I’ve given her a few bucks.
